Terms and Conditions

ORDERS

Orders are sent by first class by Royal Mail within the UK, unless the order is very heavy or bulky, when it may go by Parcelforce and take about 5 days, or by courier.

PRICES

The supplier reserves the right to change prices without notice, but products will be supplied at the price ruling at the dates the order was accepted.

PAYMENT

You can make payments by Bank Transfer/BACS in the checkout

OR

By cheque, payable to Debbie Veitch. Cheque payment address is shown on completion of checkout. Once your cheque has been cleared we will then process your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If the item is not as you expected, you are welcome to return it within 14 days for a refund, provided the item is in perfect condition. Please note that in this instance the postage costs are the buyers responsibility. Please telephone or email us first and send back in original condition and packaging. We recommend returning via traceable means. If we have sent the wrong item in error or it is damaged we will refund or replace, and pay for the return postage of the item.
